Overall my experience was very good. Julie did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. If there was a negative it was having to deal with other real estate agents as potential buyers. My guess is that Julie understands what it is like to deal with other agents and handled these offers and contracts in a very calm and professional manner. From a sellers perspective, I found the dealing with these real estate prospective buyers to be an offensive experience. As I'm sure you get as regular feedback, it's a good feeling when the dealing is done and the property sale closes.
