Colonial Country Club, Crown Colony, Kelly Greens and Bear's Paw are 100% within a Special Flood Hazard Area, followed by Lexington Country Club, The Wilderness, Talis Park, The Glades, Windstar on Naples Bay, Esplanade, Gulf Harbour, Bonita Bay, Heritage Bay, Treviso Bay, and Fiddler's Creek.
